Amy personally walked through midlife crisis while her mother was dying of terminal cancer, and the affair partner was her former best friend. She understands the devastation, betrayal, confusion, and emotional trauma this journey can create - and her passion is helping women survive it without losing themselves in the process.
Jenn
Jenn personally walked through midlife crisis while also caring for her mother with Alzheimer’s. She understands the emotional exhaustion of trying to hold everything together while your world feels like it’s falling apart. Today, with her husband home, she helps women navigate this journey with greater steadiness, understanding, and hope.
Grace
Grace experienced the pain and uncertainty of midlife crisis while raising small children and trying to create stability for her family during the chaos. With her husband now home, she brings encouragement, perspective, and support to women trying to survive this journey while still caring for everyone else around them.
Dr. Erin
Erin is a licensed psychologist who is also deeply familiar with the emotional devastation and confusion that comes with midlife crisis. She helps women understand what chronic stress, fear, uncertainty, and emotional dysregulation do to the brain and nervous system and teaches practical ways to calm the emotional chaos so they can begin feeling grounded and steady again during this journey.
